Okay, deep breath. We’re diving into a topic that might feel a little edgy for some of us—and that’s okay. We’re not here to push, fix, or sell you anything. We’re just pulling up a chair and talking, human to human.

Microdosing LSD is something more and more people are exploring—not to escape life, but to show up for it more fully. To feel a little more alive, a little more connected, and a lot more resourced when it comes to things like anxiety, burnout, or healing old wounds.

What is microdosing, anyway?

It’s the practice of taking a very small, sub-perceptual dose of a psychedelic—so small that you don’t feel “high” or altered. Instead, it’s like giving your nervous system just enough support to shift out of fight-or-flight and into presence. Just enough to make space for curiosity instead of criticism. Gentleness instead of judgment.

Why do people do it?

Because life is a lot. And many of us are tired of just surviving.

People report microdosing helps with:

• Clearer thinking and better focus

• Feeling more emotionally grounded

• Creativity and flow

• Less anxiety and depression

• More self-compassion and connection with others

Some folks say it feels like turning the volume down on their inner critic, or like the world goes from black-and-white to soft, beautiful color. Not wild color. Just… warmer.

How does it work?

There are lots of protocols out there, but one of the gentlest and most popular is this:

• Day 1: Microdose (around 5–15 micrograms of LSD)

• Day 2: No dose (rest and integrate)

• Day 3: No dose (more integration)

• Then repeat

This rhythm gives your system time to catch up and lets you really notice what’s shifting—without pushing too hard.

Important things to know:

• You don’t have to “believe in” psychedelics to benefit.

• Intention matters more than perfection.

• Safety, consent, and support are non-negotiable.

• And yes—legality varies, so please do your research and trust your gut.

This isn’t about being “better.”

Let’s be really honest: microdosing won’t make you more productive or fix your trauma. It’s not magic. But it can be a meaningful tool in your toolbox. A whisper from your future self that says, “There’s more for you than this. You don’t have to carry it all alone.”

If you’re feeling curious, you’re not weird. You’re brave. And you deserve options for healing that are as nuanced, wild, and beautiful as you are.
