You are warmly invited to this immersive evening of Authentic Relating. This evening will involve fun and interactive exercises based around exploring the theme, "Who am I? How am I? and how are you?"
This is a space for exploring feelings, sensations, boundaries, and self-expression through immersive exercises. This is about empathic collaboration, and learning the art of expressing what is present in the moment.
These beautiful practices really encourage an experience of increased depth and awareness, in a way that is sometimes not available in our everyday lives. The exercises work by creating a framework to explore communication in a non-scripted, in the moment way, which edges away from habitual patterns of relating and welcomes in more life, more breath, and more empathy.

We will then be exploring opening our hearts even further with a powerful ceremony.
A "heart puja" is a ritual that creates a container for the heart to feel safe, and therefore open.
This ritual is a devotional offering. Through this sacred ceremony we can experience the realization of the true nature of the Self and come into the state of total oneness and true connectedness with ourselves and each other.
